Marjorie Ann Russell's Obituary
Marjorie Ann Russell, 73, of Webster, SD died Friday, March 19, 2010 at Sanford Hospital, Webster.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 Monday, March 29, 2010 at Christ The King Catholic Church, Webster with Fr. David Axtmann officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at Prairie Hill Cemetery, Bradley, SD.
Marjorie was born on August 26, 1936 in Lily, SD to John A. & Mary (Baisch) Schiley. She attended Lily Public School and graduated in 1954. Following school she worked in St. Ann's Hospital in Watertown as a clerk. In 1955, she married Wayne Russell in Bristol, SD. They then moved to Minneapolis where she worked as a clerk in a bank. They then moved to Oregon where she worked for View Master as a secretary.
In 1981 Wayne passed away. Marjorie continued to live in Oregon until she retired and moved back to Webster area. Marjorie worked part time in Webster at Alco.
Marjorie enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching the Minnesota Twins and loved camping.
Grateful for having shared her life is one brother; Richard (Alberta) Schiley, Webster, SD, two sisters: Jeanne (Pat) Heath, Aberdeen, SD, Helen (Lee) Bugge, Sauk Center, MN, one sister-in-law Ardis Schiley, St. Paul, NE, and several nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials.
