Greg Stephan Block, 61, of Webster died Saturday, Jan. 12 in Webster.

Gregory Stephan Block was born to  Alvin and Margaret Block on November 24, 1957 at Webster, South Dakota. Greg passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2019. He graduated from Webster High School and made his home in Webster where he owned and operated Universal Welding.

Greg enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his family and friends.  He was a loving son, brother and uncle who was greatly appreciated for his wonderful sense of humor and dedication to family.  He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by 5 brothers Allan, Gary (Marsha), Richard (ReNelle), Dennis and Michael, 3 sisters Linda , Karen,  Bonita, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Alvin and Margaret, brother Robert and nephew Troy Dean.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

A memorial service will be held in the spring.
