Elma Herr, 89, of Webster died Tues., Sept. 18 at Bethesda Home, Webster.

Elma was born on May 21, 1929 in White, SD to Thomas & Rosa (Laabs) Green.  She attended school in South Dakota until the 8 ^th grade.  She would later receive her GED.  Elma worked various jobs.

Elma married Harlan Herr on Feb. 18, 1948 in Bristol.  They lived  in the Lily and Webster areas before moving to Newberg, OR where they lived for 24 years before moving back to Webster.

Elma enjoyed quilting, gardening, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Elma was member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Webster.

Grateful for having shared her life is her husband; Harlan of 70 years, one son; Richard (Paula) Herr of Andover, MN and one daughter; Holly (Ronald) Payer of Forest Lake, MN, 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, 9 brothers & sisters, one daughter; Carol Ann.

Arrangements have been entrusted with Coester Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Webster.
