Alfred Biczkowski, 65, of Webster, SD died Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Sanford Hospital, Webster.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Grenville.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 Tuesday at Coester Funeral Home, Webster with a prayer service at 7:00 at the funeral home.

Alfred Michael Biczkowski was born on August 19, 1943 to Phillip and Angeline (Snaza) Biczkowski in Webster, SD. He attended school at St. Joseph's Catholic School in Grenville. After schooling he worked on the family farm until he enlisted in the U.S. Army, which he served for two years. Following the service he worked for the railroad, then he returned to the family farming business. He then met and later married Bonnie K. Peterson on August 13, 1994. They made there home in Webster where Freddie worked at New Deal Tire in Groton until his retirement.

Freddie enjoyed gardening, yard work, spending time with family & friends and his two puppies.

Freddie was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Grenville, Herbert McKennett Am. Legion Post #40 and the V.F.W. both of Webster.

Grateful for having shared his life is his wife; Bonnie of Webster, SD, two step-daughters; Sherri (Jeff) Roth of Aberdeen, SD, Vicki (Kevin) Hink of Raymond, SD and 3 grandchildren, one brother; Leroy (Mary Jo) Biczkowski of St. Paul, MN, and one sister; Dorothy (Paul) Revard of Summerset, WI. and nieces and nephews of St. Paul, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
